You will not find any hidden costs in our service offers.
During summertime our service package is more limited as most of our guests are travelling with their own car, so the welcome dinner and the groceries for the first day are not necessary.
If you have any other wishes or concerns, we will do our best to help you.
Within our basic service package for "the smallest most precious and exclusive resort in Finnish Lapland" you have everything which is characteristic about this area: adventure and recreation, marvellous nature and luxurious comfort, breathtaking silence and exceptional impressions.
Service:
- Detailed guidance through the villas Summerdream 1, Summerdream 2, Summerdream 3 and Summerdream 4 with all their amenities.
- Mountainbikes for tours through the beautiful nature - the infrastructure around here is good and for the pros there are quite a few tracks through the woods...
- Canoes to explore the lake with its numerous small islands.
- Sauna - as often as you wish
- Exclusive kitchen equipment including basic staples, spices, etc.
- Sat-TV receiving all well-known German and English programs
- Wide assortment of DVDs and CDs, from pop to classical music
- All electricity and power-demands including as much fire-wood as you need
- Full laundry service: 2x4 towels p.p. and p. week (high quality), bath-robe and bed-linen.
- Final cleaning, after checking that the house is in proper order through our service partner

- New: Summer toboggan run in Levi (ca. 30 minutes away)
- New: 18-hole golf course in Levi (ca. off 20. Juni)
- New: Quad tours at the Holiday Center Harriniva (ca. 20 minutes away)
- New: Nordic Walking starting from the villas (Walking sticks available)
- New: Spa facilities at Levi
- New: High ropes course - also for children
