Paradise for all winter sports

Downhill skiing and snowboarding are within easy reach here. There are rather quiet andpeacefull Olos and Pallas fjells, the widespread comfortable Ylläs Fjell in Äkäslompolo (40km), and the lively Levi Fjell to choose from. The slopes are usually open until the end of April and the snow here is great!

All the resorts have ski rentals as well as professional ski instructors (its good to reserve lessons at least a few days in advance though).

Levi has become known for its World Cup Races, but of course you don`t have to ski the black slopes - there are plenty of good slopes for beginners, too.
